1. Definitions and scope

In these terms ("Terms"), the following defined terms have the meanings set out below. Touch operates the online sportsbook and related betting services described herein. These Terms govern all bets placed through Touch unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

  • Bet — a wager placed on a Market with a stake.
  • Market — a specific betting proposition offered within Touch's sportsbook on which bets may be placed.
  • Event — the sporting contest or other eligible occurrence to which a Market relates.
  • Odds — the decimal multiplier applied to a stake to calculate the payout for a Market outcome.
  • Official Result — the outcome published by the relevant governing body or competition source for settlement purposes.
  • Live Bet — a bet placed on an active Event where the outcome is not yet determined.
  • Void — a Market or Bet settlement where no valid result exists or where settlement is cancelled.
  • Payout — the amount paid to a winning Bet, calculated as Stake multiplied by Odds, subject to rounding and any applicable adjustments.
  • Stake — the amount wagered on a Bet.
  • Touch — the operator providing the sportsbook and related services described in these Terms.

2. Eligibility and verification

Access to Touch betting services is restricted to individuals who meet the permitted age and residency requirements applicable in the jurisdiction where Touch operates. Touch may require age and identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before and during the customer relationship. If verification is not completed to Touch's satisfaction, services may be restricted or accounts closed.

3. General betting rules

  • 3.1 Bets are accepted online through Touch, unless a Market is designated as unavailable for online placement.
  • 3.2 Bets must be placed prior to the Event start time published in the Touch sportsbook; Live Bets may be placed during an Event where permitted by the Market.
  • 3.3 Touch reserves the right to refuse any Bet or part thereof at its sole discretion and to offer an alternative price or Stake where input contains errors.
  • 3.4 Bets, once placed and confirmed, may not be cancelled or altered by the customer except as expressly provided in these Terms or by applicable law.
  • 3.5 Touch may correct obvious errors in odds or event details and may settle Bets based on final results or official data sources.
  • 3.6 If a Bet is entered after the known outcome of an Event or after a material advantage is obtained, Touch may void the Bet.
  • 3.7 Touch may void or cancel Bets related to Events where integrity concerns arise or where there is evidence of manipulation or fraud.
  • 3.8 Minimum and maximum Stake levels apply per Market and are shown in the Touch interface. Touch may impose or adjust limits at its discretion.
  • 3.9 Bets placed when funds are insufficient may be voided, and payout may be withheld pending resolution.

4. Bet types and settlement

  • 4.1 Single Bet — a wager on a single Market outcome; payout equals Stake × Odds.
  • 4.2 Accumulator — a wager on two or more independent Markets; all selections must win for a payout. Total odds equal the product of individual Market odds, rounded to two decimals.
  • 4.3 System Bet — a structured combination of multiple Accumulators with identical Stakes; payout is the sum of winnings from all included Accumulators.
  • 4.4 Conditional Bet — a sequence of standard Bets where only the principal Bet is funded upfront; subsequent Bets draw funds from the winnings of earlier Bets. If the principal Bet fails, all subsequent Bets in the sequence lose.

5. Live betting

Live Bets are accepted on Events in progress where the outcome is not yet determined. Live Odds update in real time and may move between selection and acceptance. Settlements are based on the outcome as determined by Touch’s data sources and official results. Bets on participants who do not take part or on Markets that become unambiguously settled prior to finalization may be voided in accordance with these Terms. Touch permits claims regarding Live Bets within 24 hours of the Event start. If an Event is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, settled Bets remain as published; unsettled or ambiguous Bets may be adjusted to 1.00 or voided as appropriate.

6. Sport-specific rules

  • Football (Soccer) — Bets on regular-time outcomes include stoppage time as published by official sources. If extra time or penalties determine the result, Touch may offer outcomes such as To Win The Match or To Qualify For The Next Round as applicable. If an Event is cancelled or not completed, Bets may be void unless otherwise stated.
  • Baseball — Events are settled based on the official score after the required number of innings; if an Official Result is reached before the scheduled number of innings, Bets may still stand if the result is official. Extra innings are included where stated; otherwise, markets may be voided unless specified.
  • American Football — Markets may include overtime; overtime outcomes are included where specified. If a match is forfeited or a participant is disqualified, Markets with known results at interruption settle and remaining Markets may be settled at odds of 1.00.
  • Athletics — Abandonments or postponements are governed by the general rules and the respective sport's official guidance; bets on affected Markets may be void if the Event is not completed within the applicable window.

7. Settlements, voids and price errors

Touch settles Bets based on official results and data at the time of settlement. In the event of a pricing error or obvious error in input, Touch reserves the right to void affected Bets or to adjust settlement to reflect the corrected price. Dead heat rules apply to relevant Outright or Head-to-Head markets. If an Event is cancelled or not completed, affected Bets are typically void unless the Terms specify otherwise. If two competitors tie and no draw odds are offered, such Bets may be void. Bets on Markets that are not verifiable by official sources may be delayed or withheld until verification is complete.

8. Accounts, funds and balances

Touch maintains two balances for each Account: a main balance and a bonus balance. Only funds in the main balance may be used for wagering. Bonus balances are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements. Touch reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time and may apply wagering requirements prior to release of bonus funds.

9. Compliance, responsible gambling and AML/KYC

Touch adheres to applicable laws and regulatory obligations, including measures to prevent money laundering and to verify customer identities. Customers are encouraged to use responsible gambling tools and to set limits. If required, Touch may take action including account restrictions or self-exclusion in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

10. Data protection and security

Touch employs reasonable security measures to protect customer data. Personal information is processed in accordance with its privacy practices and applicable data protection laws. Touch may disclose information to regulators or as required by law or regulatory requests. Customers may inquire about data rights through Touch’s support channels.

11. Changes to these Terms and governing law

Touch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any new or amended terms take effect upon publication and apply to Bets placed after publication. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Touch’s licensed operations; disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws and the competent courts or regulators as applicable.

12. Disputes and complaints

Customers may raise disputes regarding Bets within 30 days of the Event’s end. Touch’s decision on such disputes is final unless required otherwise by law. Where available, customers may escalate unresolved disputes to the appropriate regulatory authority in accordance with its procedures.

13. Contact and support

For questions about these Terms or Bet settlements, contact Touch Support through the channels provided within the Touch platform. Support responses and service levels are subject to the terms of Touch’s customer service policies.
